About
Everyone who contributes here is anonymous. Everyone who runs it is not.
The Receipt is operated as independent civic infrastructure. The people accountable for its standards are named below, because a platform that audits public officials should be auditable itself.
What The Receipt is
A public ledger auditing every Nigerian state governor against the exact manifesto they campaigned on. Operated by Vavinix LTD.
What it isn't: not aligned with any party. Not a campaign vehicle. Not for sale. The audits have no price, which is what makes everything else we do worth paying for.
The Editorial Review Board
Scorers apply the methodology. The board audits scoring quarterly and rules on contested statuses.

How we're funded
Grants and named funders, published as they are secured. No funder, none, has input into scores. The methodology page is the only authority.
